Founder & CEO

Olayinka Sarah Oladipo is a visionary leader, changemaker, and passionate advocate for global impact. She is the founder and CEO of the Sustainable World Impact Program (SWIP), a leading global advocacy organisation focused on SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals.

Through SWIP, she has led initiatives that have reached thousands, including Operation Clean Sweep, the biggest student-led cleanup in the history of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) and the College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL). This initiative led to partnerships with notable institutions like The Coca-Cola Company and U-recycle Initiative Africa. Other notable projects include the Zero Hunger Project, SDG Enlightenment Project, and the Lagos SDG Clubs project.

Beyond SWIP, she has served in various leadership capacities, including her selection for the prestigious Millennium Fellowship of the United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) Inaugural Class of 2020 at CMUL, and her previous role as President of the Orators Gavel Club (an affiliate of Toastmasters International).

She is currently a penultimate student of Medicine and Surgery, exploring how her passion for sustainable development can intersect with providing healthcare solutions to marginalised communities.

Beyond leadership and advocacy, Olayinka finds creative expression through classical music. As a performer of the viola and violin, she passionately immerses herself in the pleasure of the arts and music. A rising force. Her work is shaping a future defined by equity, sustainability, and transformative change on a global scale.
