Our Projects
As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, Operation Clean Sweep was launched to revitalize the College of Medicine campus at the University of Lagos, Idi-Araba, while addressing pressing environmental challenges. These included poor waste disposal habits, inadequate sanitation infrastructure, and widespread non-compliance with proper waste management practices. The project also highlighted the critical link between environmental pollution and public health.
Over 45 youth volunteers participated in a large-scale cleanup exercise that transformed the campus and its surrounding areas into a cleaner, healthier space. To ensure lasting impact, more than 10 waste bins were strategically installed across key locations on campus, encouraging responsible waste disposal and promoting a culture of environmental sustainability.

The Zero Hunger Project is an ongoing initiative focused on reducing hunger in underserved communities in Nigeria . Through community outreaches, SWIP has distributed food items and meal packs to over 60 children and adults, helping to ease food insecurity in some of the most vulnerable areas in Lagos. Beyond providing immediate relief, the project aims to foster hope and resilience in vulnerable communities, with future drives planned to deepen our impact and reach.

The SDG Enlightenment Series is an ongoing initiative designed to educate the public about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals; what they are, how they impact people and the planet, and why collective action toward achieving them matters. A key part of the series is our use of engaging social media content, especially carousel posts, to break down each SDG into simple, relatable content. Through these digital campaigns, alongside community engagement, the series seeks to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and inspire meaningful contributions toward achieving the goals.

With over 20 million out-of-school children in Nigeria and countless unable to access higher education or meaningful career paths, Project Future 4Ward is our bold response. We're redefining what success means for youth in underserved communities.
From classroom to community, we are equipping tomorrow's leaders with the skills, mindset, and exposure to thrive in global spaces, drive social change, and champion inclusive progress ensuring no one is left behind.

The SDG Awareness Campaign is a creative project designed to educate people - especially young children - about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals in a fun and relatable way. As part of the initiative, SWIP carries out school outreaches, using hands-on learning activities such as arts and crafts to help children explore the SDGs. Interactive tools like custom-made SDG carton boxes make the learning process engaging and memorable. By blending education with creativity, the campaign makes global goals accessible to young minds while inspiring early advocacy for a sustainable future. VIDEO HERE
